An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on October 4 2024 and completed on October 4 2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:45am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site.
