During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on May 5, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:25am and ended at 12:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ten children present and three caregivers; the point total was 32. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations and measurements.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, shall be stored in areas inaccessible to children.

There was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the sink in the children's bathroom. There was a second bottle of hand sanitizer in the children's art room on a desk.

Sharp kitchen utensils and other sharp objects shall be inaccessible to children unless being used by the caregiver or with children under close supervision.

A pair of adult scissors was found in the children's bathroom in an unlocked drawer at the bottom of the bathroom sink. A second pair of scissors was found in the children's art room on the children's art table.
