Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/24/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 3 children were present with the provider. The children were engaged in the following: singing, dancing, and engaging in free play. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records, 1 staff record, and 1 household member record was reviewed.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
