Evidence:
1. The fire inspection documentation was dated 11/17/2020.

Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not have at least one staff with current certification in first aid from an organization such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, or National Safety Council.
Evidence:
1. Both staff members present during the inspection did not have current first aid certification. The first aid certification documentation available was dated 8/11/2018.
2. Staff stated that they were unable to attend the training previously scheduled for 8/28/21.
