The center shall at all times afford reasonable opportunity to inspect all of their books and records. The children and staff records were not accessible during the inspection therefore were not inspectable.
Plan of Correction: The director was not present and would not return until after 4pm. The records were in the director's office, which was locked. The designated person in charge will talk with the director about how she can access records in her absence.

The center is responsible for having a first aid kit accessible whenever children are in care. The staff did not have access to a first aid kit.
Plan of Correction: The director was not present and would not return until after 4pm. The first aid kit and emergency supplies were in the director's office, which was locked. The designated person in charge will talk with the director about how she can access to all required supplies.
