A monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/21/2022. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
