Inspector Notes

A code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/24/2024 and concluded on 04/24/2024. There were 19 children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and six staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:20 am and concluded at 11:35 am.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
