Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 9/28/2022, in the areas of adult to child ratios. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on October 12, 2022 and findings were reviewed on October 12, 2022.
As the information gathered during the investigation support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?VALID.?

Based on inspection, Religiously Exempt day care failed to maintain required adult to child ratios, one staff member to five children, for children ages 16 months to 24 months.
EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector observed 11 children ages 16 months through 2 years old under the direct supervision of 2 staff members. Required adult to child ratios were not maintained.
