Inspector Notes
Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring Subsidy (SHSI) inspection on 8/5/2024. There were 11 children present under the supervision of 4 staff. The Inspector reviewed 3 children and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted my the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
An unannounced Religious Exempt Code Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements were reviewed during this inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
