Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on June 28, 2023 with the provider. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from1 year to 3 years, totaling 13 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The children had lunch and played with age appropriate toys until rest time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
