Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on January 12, 2024 with the provider and one assistant. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 2 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 household/caregiver records were reviewed. The children were having a lesson and eating lunch.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of two household records, the provider failed to obtain for each household member a current tuberculosis screening or test every two years from the date of the previous
screening or test. Evidence: The tuberculosis tests for two household members expired 6/2023.
Plan of Correction: The household members obtained tuberculosis screenings on 1/12/2024 and sent documentation to the licensing inspector.
