Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 07/23/2024 and completed on 07/23/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/13/2024 relating to allegations of supervision and injury documentation. This inspection included:

*Document review ( injury logs, written policies and procedures);
*Tour of toddler and two-year old classrooms and outdoor play areas;
*Interviews with administrative and classroom staff;
*Observation of toddler and two-year old classrooms.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
