A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/06/2022 between the hours of approximately 12:50 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. There was 1 child present with the Provider for a total of 2 points within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed reading a book and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection.There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
