Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 05/18/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. There were 2 children present with the Provider, between the ages of 2 years and 3 years, for a total of 4 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed watching a show on tv and reading a book. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@ doe.virginia.gov.
