A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/18/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children present with the Provider, between the ages of 2 years and 3 years, for a total of 4 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed watching a show on tv and reading a book. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
