Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. There were 0 children present with the Provider during the inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. A walk-through of the home was completed. 1 caregiver record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, areas and furnishings of the family day home, outside, were not maintained in a safe and operable condition.
