Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. There were 0 children present with the Provider during the inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. A walk-through of the home was completed. 1 caregiver record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
