A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 0 children present with the Provider during the inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. A walk-through of the home was completed. 1 caregiver record was reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
