Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on February 18, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. In the care of the provider and two assistants were 6 children, ranging in age from 5 months to 2 years. (16 Points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers, training, care of children, physical environment, nutrition and emergencies. Two child records, the provider's record, the record of one assistant and a household member's record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
