Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on October 18, 2023 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 11:25 a.m. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 7 children with 1 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed completing a shapes worksheet. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, and attendance were observed during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
