Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 08/07/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10am and ended at (12pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 23. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records, 1 household record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of the family day home and backyard, observations of staff and children, review of documentation and staff interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
