During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/21/2024 and concluded on 10/21/2024 from 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM. There were 106 children present, ranging in ages from seven months to nine years old, with 22 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures, and medication. A total of 10 children?s records and 10 staff?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
Violations
1Staff #8, employed for more than 2 months, did not have documentation of a criminal history search request, sex offender registry search or an abuse and neglect registry search request from one state.
We pulled abuse and neglect which was negative.
