Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on October 20, 2025 and completed on October 20, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 a.m. and ended at 12:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 127 children present with 25 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and ten staff records on-site/electronically on date. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
