Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on March 27, 2026 completed on March 27, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 13, 2026 relating to allegations of Religious Exempt. The inspector reviewed five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
