Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. 68 children were present in 4 classrooms with direct care staff in ratio for supervision as well as 2 high school seniors working on their senior projects. Observed children in circle time, transition to the restroom, preparation for outside play time, free choice and snack. Snack served today was fruit and cheese. Children bring their lunches from home. Reviewed one newly hired staff record, a sample of children's records, emergency preparation, training requirements, physical space and nutrition/hand washing. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
