Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the provider on July 15, 2022 beginning at 9:34 AM and ending at 10:15. There were two children, ages 17 and 18 months, in the care of the provider for a total of 6 points. The children were observed interacting with the provider and playing with age appropriate toys. Two children?s records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. Three household records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as June 17, 2022. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as January 21, 2022. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as June 4, 2022.
