Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 11:35 am to 12:30pm. There were 2 children (5 points) with 2 caregivers present. The children were observed playing with Legos. 2 children's records, 2 household member records, 1 caregiver's record, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. Based on records review, the provider did not obtain results of a fingerprint based criminal record check every five years for adult household members.
Evidence:
1. Household member # 1's fingerprint results had expired on 3/7/23. Repeat fingerprint results were obtained on 3/17/23.
2. Household member # 2's fingerprint results had expired on 2/20/23. Repeat fingerprint results were obtained on 3/9/23.
