An unannounced, on-site annual SHSI inspection was initiated and completed on August 20, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 10:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 1 child, 1 provider and 1 caregiver present. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records, 1 provider record , 1 caregiver , 1 household member and 1 pet record on-site.
