An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 10/29/2024 as a part of the licensure period.
The on-site inspection began at 12:50pm and ended at 2:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. There were 20 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
