Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/10/2025 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. There were 27 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
