Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 08/09/2021 and concluded on 08/12/2021. There were 7 children present with 2 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that all caregivers have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Evidence:
1) The record for Staff #2 did not contain a current certification in CPR. The most recent CPR certification in the record for Staff #2 was dated 08/10/2019.
Plan of Correction: Staff #2 shall complete certification in CPR
