Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 03/07/2023. There were 4 children present with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on documentation review, lockdown procedures were not practiced at least annually.
Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the 2022 emergency drills log provided for review, did not have an lockdown drill documented for the year.
Plan of Correction: The provider shall provide a log for review the annual emergency drills including lockdown drills.
