Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 08/21/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:00 am and 9:50 am. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 4Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the following items were observed on shelves that were not high enough for them to be inaccessible to children: one bottle of hand sanitizer, a container of Clorox wipes and a can of Lysol spray.
