Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/07/2023 There were 19 children
present at this time with 5 staff members. Children were observed participating in a movie , singing and dancing activities. Three staff record and three children's records were reviewed. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on
the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on the staff interview, the licensee did not ensure each building that has built before 2015 and thar serves preschool age children shall be equipped with at least one carbin monoxide detector.

Evidence: Center did not provide requested documentation that their fire alarm system includes a carbon monoxide detector.
