Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/27/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Staff interviews were conducted with the cooperation of local CPS, relating to allegations of forbidden actions and improper behavioral guidance. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
