Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 01/11/2023 from 9:15am to 10:40am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. . The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no children?s medications onsite. Children were observed participating in free play and watching tv. Provider and assistant had current certification in CPR and First Aid training.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
