Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/12/2024 from 11:15am to 12:00pm. There were 3 children ages 5 months to age 3 years old (8 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider and Household member records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed participating in free play. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
