An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on 8/5/2025, The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
