Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:11am and 10:20am. There were 9 children present with 2 caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing leggos, trucks, a push toy, sliding, sleeping and being fed. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver?s records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs.
