Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00am-12:30pm. There were 58 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 17 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, practicing counting, writing their names, playing outside, water plants and preparing to eat lunch. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed and discussed. There was a n ample supply of materials for the children. No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
