Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection, at which play groups, outside time, and pre-lunch activities were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Three (3) children were found to be in care, aged 4mths-5yrs. There was no documentation that the Finger-print Check or Central Registry Clearance was completed on household member #2 as required. The household member moved back into the home in October 2021. The allowed 30 day time frame to obtain these has expired.

The provider did not have current certification in CPR. The previous certification held expired in 2020.

There was no PPD/TB testing results for household member #2 as required. The individual has been within the home since October 2021. Testing is required to be completed within 30 days of becoming a household member.

Both children had been in care longer than the allowed 7 days to obtain this verification.
