Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 7 children with 2 staff present. Observation of family day home. There were ample equipment, toys, art supplies and books, all within reach of the children in care. This allowed the children to freely access the supplies with independence. Artwork on display throughout the home. Children were observed sitting at the table and high chair eating snack. Lunch today was chicken alfredo, fruit and carrots. No medications on site at this time. A total of 1 child record, all staff records, and 1 household record were reviewed.
