Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A written hard copy of the record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs shall be kept.

The vendor's did not have an up to date hard copy of daily attendance.
Plan of Correction: The provider will keep and hard copy of daily attendance of children as they arrive and depart.

All caregivers shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration;
