Inspector Notes
An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on 5/17/2022. There were 13 children (35 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home,3 caregiver records, 3 children's records, 4 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the main and infant/toddler play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Violations
4Evidence: observed in the main play room, an uncovered electrical outlet.
Evidence: observed that there were 13 children in care. The provider is currently licensed with a capacity of 12 children.
Evidence: reviewed 3 children's records and found that Child 1 only had 1 emergency contact with an address.
Evidence: Reviewed 3 children's records and found that Child 2 has been in care for over seven days and did not have documentation of proof of identity.
