Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 10/14/2022 at 3:20pm. There were 12 children (30 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 1 child's record, 4 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room, and participating in a group learning activity. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Violations
3Evidence: reviewed the provider's emergency drill log and found that there was no documentation of a shelter-in-place drill within the past 12 months.
Evidence: reviewed the provider's records and parent board and did not see documentation of a menu for the current one-week period.
Evidence: observed that the most recent inspection report posted was dated 9/8/20 and the most recent inspection of the facility occurred on 5/17/22.
