Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 10/14/2022 at 3:20pm. There were 12 children (30 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 1 child's record, 4 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room, and participating in a group learning activity. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
