An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/31/2024 and completed on 7/31/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 31. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household member records on-site. This inspection included a document review, a tour of the home, observations, and interviews.
