Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 3 children present (7 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and activities. 2 caregiver and 3 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances.

Based on a review of records, one staff member did not provide documentation of a negative Tuberculosis Screening at the time of employment.
Evidence:
Staff A does not have a negative screening result on file available for review.
Plan of Correction: The test is scheduled for Saturday.

Based on observation, there is no battery-operated weather band radio available.
Evidence:
The radio available during the inspection is a waterproof radio, not a weather band radio.
Plan of Correction: I will purchase a weather band radio.
