Inspector Notes
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children present (16 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys and equipment. 1 child and 1 caregiver records were reviewed. They were both complete. Previous violations have been corrected.
First aid supplies, emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures are all in compliance.
First Aid/CPR certifications are current for both caregivers.
The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signature.
