Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today.
There were 5 children present (16 points) with one caregiver at LI arrival. The provider arrived within 10 minutes.
3 child and 3 caregiver/resident records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and reading books.
First aid/CPR certifications, emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, Rabies vaccination for the dog, fridge/freezer temperatures and training hours were all in compliance.
