Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:30pm. There were 8 children (22 points) in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records,2 caregiver's records and 2 household member's record were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Evidence:
1) The record of Child A was missing the insurance policy number and first day of attendance.
