Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:00pm. There were 12 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 6 children?s records, and 3 caregivers' records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and engaged with caregivers. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Based on observation, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed.

Evidence:
The emergency plan was last reviewed in 2022.

Based on record review, documentation was not maintained of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills.

Evidence:
There was no documentation of evacuation drills and shelter-in-place drills in November 2023 and December 2023.
